Don Quixote with West Point Ballet
I’ve worked with this group before, but this felt like an even higher level production. Though there may not have been a lot of light cues to be made, a lot of this show was making sure all the lights were focused properly. I spent a lot of time fine tuning focus to make the show the best it could be, I even fixed a few lights and pitched some patch information.
Part of this show also involved a lot of sound design, at this point I understood the Allen and Heath dLive C3500 fairly well, I made my own profile and layout the faders in a custom configuration. As someone who has not done sound mixing full time for a few years its nice to be able to have a chance to stretch that muscle.
